Hint: Matsukaze
To buy the Matsukaze, the fastest horse in the game, you must first purchase all of the other horses in the game. Then, when you head to the shop, you will eventually be told that rare, new items are in stock. This is when you can buy this horse (as well as other rare and powerful items).
