Enter at main menu:

Enable Cheat Mode
To enable Cheat Mode (which gives you access to most of the goodies in the game), press UP, RIGHT, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT, UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, UP, LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT, DOWN, B. A sound will confirm correct code entry.
Level Select
To enable level select, go to the main menu and enter this code: UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, DOWN, B.
Park Editor Stuff
Go to the main menu and enter these codes to unlock stuff for Park Editor:
