Go to the title screen. When Press Start appears, press and hold L+R and enter one of the cheats below:
- All rewards: LEFT, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT
- All upgrades: DOWN, UP, DOWN, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT, UP, DOWN
- Dark Knight difficulty: RIGHT, UP, UP, RIGHT, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT, UP
